Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
At CoverSure, we aim to offer transparent and customer-friendly policies. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may cancel services or request refunds for purchases or subscriptions made through our platform or for insurance bought through CoveSure.
2. Cancellation Policy
a. Service Cancellation (Platform Services / Subscription Plans)
- Users may cancel their CoverSure subscription or service anytime via the platform or by reaching out to our support team.
- For annual subscriptions, users may cancel within 7 days of activation to receive a full refund, provided no service has been availed or no claims / reports have been generated. Beyond 7 days, cancellation will be effective at the end of the billing term, and no pro-rata refunds will be provided.
b. Insurance Policy Cancellation
- Insurance policies purchased via CoverSure are subject to the insurer’s respective cancellation policies.
- Mid-term cancellations will be processed as per the insurer’s refund guidelines. Refunds, if any, will be credited by the insurer directly to the policyholder.
- CoverSure will assist in facilitating cancellation requests with the insurer but does not control refund timelines or amounts.
3. Refund Policy
a. Platform / Subscription Fees
- Refunds for subscription plans will only be processed in the following scenarios:
- Double or duplicate payments.
- Services not rendered due to technical failures on CoverSure’s end.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the transaction.
b. Insurance Premiums
- Premium refunds (full or partial) are governed by the insurer’s terms.
- Once a policy is issued, CoverSure does not retain any portion of the premium. Any applicable refund will be made directly by the insurer.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Fees paid for advisory services, document processing, or concierge assistance are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- Any charges towards taxes, payment gateway fees, or insurer-imposed processing fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process and Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method or credited to the user’s CoverSure wallet, if applicable.

7. Changes to Policy
- CoverSure reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Updated policies will be made available on the platform and will take effect immediately.
